Hubballi: 55-Year-Old Arrested for Allegedly Sexually Abusing Minor Girl

Hubballi, EXPRESS News: In a disturbing incident, a 55-year-old man has allegedly sexually abused a seven-year-old girl in the Ashok Nagar area. The accused, Noor Ahmed, a truck driver and resident of Ashok Nagar, has been arrested by the police following a complaint filed under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act.

Sources indicate that Noor Ahmed, who is the girl’s neighbor, lured her to his home under the pretext of playing and then sexually abused her. The girl later revealed the incident to her parents, who then reported it to the authorities.

The Ashok Nagar police are currently investigating the case.
